We would like to introduce you to Journey Recovery & Wellness Centre Ballito, an exclusive, luxurious, private rehabilitation and wellness centre.
Set in the heart of Ballito, our modern centre boasts a cozy, hotel-like atmosphere, where our clients are embraced and supported with care and compassion.
Journey offers private treatment for men and women who are struggling with substance abuse disorder, or dual diagnosis such as bipolar, anxiety, depression, burnout, eating disorders and other addictive behaviours or psychiatric concerns.
At Journey we run a non-punitive program, healing with kindness and without judgment. Our clients struggle with guilt and shame and need support to change habits, destructive behaviours and beliefs that are no longer working for them. The program provides meaningful tips and personalized strategies for coping with cravings or dealing with relapse thoughts that can be applied to everyday life.
Our treatment program includes supervised medical detox, individual and group therapy, trauma counselling, inner-child work, solution focused therapy, self-esteem workshops, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), yoga and mindfulness, and family and couple counselling.
We believe in long-term treatment. There is no doubt that long term sobriety takes time to master, and clients need intensive support during the first months to achieve a successful recovery

Journey Recovery & Wellness Centre Ballito is SANHA approved and all food served is HALAAL, we also accommodate other dietary needs like kosher, vegetarian, vegan, and food allergies.
The facility has a rooftop garden and pool. We offer private luxury rooms, as well as semi private rooms with only 2 clients per room. Each bedroom has its own lavish en suite bathroom and is homely, intimate, and spacious. The lounge is warm and relaxing, and the dining room overlooks a beautiful, peaceful sea view.
Clients have access to Wi-Fi, Netflix, live sports and DSTV Premium, as well as a variety of sea side activities. Fishing, beach walks and equestrian are some of the activities we can offer.
